Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Gold Bird Auto Accessories is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
